Refund policy

Due to COVID-19, we are currently not accepting returns. However, we understand mistakes happen. In the event you receive an item in the wrong size or color, you may request a size/color exchange (if applicable and available). To start an exchange order, you can contact us at Shop@jwilboutique.com.

 
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting and confirming an exchange will not be accepted and will not be returned to you unless you provide shipping label.
